"Bathwater" is a ska punk song written by Tom Dumont, Tony Kanal, and Gwen Stefani for No Doubt's fourth studio album Return of Saturn (2000). It was released as the album's fourth and final single in November 2000. So I had a bad week at work and decided when I got home one night (late) I was going to just kick back and veg. I love to watch random reality shows... and the Girls Next Door was the wrong thing for me to watch when I'm struggling through work days! LOL! My material was inspired by the Girls Next Door, but this falls in line with Keeping Up With The Kardasians and My Sweet 16. They're all reality shows about people who have the means to be self-indulgent. All in good fun (and it was fun to do)!

This was originally supposed to be a shout out to a Marine platoon who at the time was in Iraq. I'm not sure if they are still there but I know one who is not. GSgt Kyle Swanson will never see this video but I'm hoping at least his platoon will... as well as any of you who serve and have served in our military. I posted this on the "other" site and kept meaning to get it posted here. I am a big fan of fitness and one night I decided to use my cardio routine as sort of a test run for using my camcorder and firewire. (Yeah, before it was just my digicam and a media chip.) It worked out so I edited the footage and here's the result. And yes... I need to work on my speedbag. Get out and walk... run... bike... MOVE! Even just 20 minutes of increased activity each day is so beneficial to your mind, body, and soul! :D
