My 10-month old nephew in his first film role (It's been mainly TV and theatre until now). He can be quite challenging to work with but he has an extraordinary range and intensity in his acting. It was a real honour to work with him. Max is my (bone marrow donor) sister Alex's baby. So Max are blood related in a big way, but general DNA related in half as big a way.

Sadly, I had to cancel a trip to do some gigs with my best friend Dave Karnes in Fort Worth, Texas due to a post-transplant infection. Amazingly, a friend of Dave's (but a stranger to me) made this video. I'm so touched that Ken & Kat would go to so much trouble! Can't wait for an opportunity to get out there to meet Dave, Ken, Kat and all those lovely people (and frankly some gorgeous ladies)- Won't you join me?

While in hospital getting treatment for leukemia, a lovely bunch of 5 year olds from RED CLASS would send me emails asking me questions, and I would answer them and ask some of my own. I compiled some of there answers into a nonsense little song for them- and yes I was on a chemo drip at the time!

A year and a bit post bone marrow transplant. The winning contestant of the 2006 World Air Guitar Championships in Oulu, Finland. I am the middle judge and make a brief appearance at 0:10 with a mark of 5.9. I can't say how surreal and FUN this job was.
