I thought I was done making "Teen Titans" amvs, but I suddenly had the inspiration to make a video for one of my favorite TT couples - Jinx and Kid Flash - with one of my new favorite songs - I Won't Say I'm In Love, the original version from Disney's "Hercules." Avatar: The Last Airbender amv. The song is "Step-sisters' Lament" from the 1997 film "Cinderella" by Rodgers & Hammerstein, the one starring Brandi and Whitney Houston. Isn't the refrain to this song EXACTLY what half the fandom is always saying about Mai? Yeah, why would Zuko love a cool, classy, beautiful, talented, independent hot warrior chick like Mai? This is in the POV of all of Zuko's jealous fangirls.

They blocked it before, but I somehow got it up this time. Avatar: The Last Airbender amv. Just something short, sweet, and Maiko I threw together in a few hours. The song "Something There" from Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" is so eerily appropriate for these two: how Zuko opens up to her, how Mai comes to understand how Zuko has changed, and how much they love each other through it all.

Ah, Sokka/Yue... the first Avatar: The Last Airbender I was really interested in. They were the subject of my very first Avatar amv. As soon as I heard the song "You're Beautiful" by James Blunt, I knew I had to make a video with it for them: "It's time to face the truth. I will never be with you." Breaks your heart, doesn't it?

AMV starring my second favorite Avatar: The Last Airbender character, Mai. The recent... uproar in the fandom has done wonders for my creative block. Song is the Disneymania version of "Reflection" from the film Mulan. I've used this song once for Toph, but it applies well to Mai, too. My first ever Danny Phantom vid and my fourth video with this song: "When I'm With You" by Simple Plan. I firmly believe Danny and Valerie still have feelings for each other even though their differences and duties forced them to break up. This song is Danny lamenting he can never be with Valerie. Here's something you don't see every day: a romantic "Captain Planet" amv. I couldn't help it; finding it online brought back so many hilarious memories. Given Linka's power and her love for birds, I thought Faith Hill's song "If My Heart Had Wings" was appropriate, especially for how she must have felt when she thought she'd be leaving the Planeteers (and Wheeler) in "Missing Linka." Yu-Gi-Oh GX amv. Season 3 Judai (Jaden) centered; spoilers if you haven't seen the whole season yet. There are a lot of videos using Evanescence songs to cover the events of this arc, but I chose "Away From Me." I imagined it as Jaden hoping his dark side, Haou, will take him away from the pain. He was willing to completely lose himself as long as it meant relief... but it only made things worse, and now he's trapped more than ever.
