When I heard this song, I instantly thought of the Dangerous Ladies. Everyone needs a little yuri right? There are several fan-jokes sprinkled about, and a couple inside jokes with my sister (like the end xD) Just so everyone knows, NO, my OTP is NOT in this. So any bias was solely for artistic reasons. The fem pairings just don't get enough love :D I left out a couple so it followed a pattern. I did this in about 7 hours trying to get it done (so please excuse the crappy quality) for the new episodes that started the 17th of July. It's my 'celebration' for the finale :D I tweaked the ending a bit (since I had to rush it to get it done before the new eps played) so it looks better then the one I posted on youtube. Even if you don't like yuri, give it a try. The song is frickin catchy. Technical notes: Played a little bit with lip-syncing(tho a lot of it sucks and was half-arsed) and had fun playing with faster paced shots. In my humble opinion, this is the absolute best canon pairing in Avatar. Romantic, sweet, sad, yet ever-lasting. They were doomed from the start, but they will always be together, even if only in their hearts. My first serious video, done to the song Auf Achse, by Franz Ferdinand. I played with timing and did a few experiments with lipsyncing. A FEW NOTES: Scenes that are 'darker' are sorta like memories. The majority of the chorus was meant to be their story playing out, while everything else is kinda like Sokka's 'main' memory towards what happened previously. If that makes any sense. And I purposefully made the shots of Yue's death last for a very short time. Imo, that happened so fast that Sokka didn't have much time to register what happened, unlike the rest of their story which felt longer. I hope you guys enjoy this video even -half- as much as I did making it, and please leave any kind of crit! :D I do not own Avatar, the characters, or the song.
