Eponine, who had been horrid to Cosette in her childhood (Eponine is the only daughter of the Thenardiers who pampered her, while making Cosette their skivvy), had run into her again at her new home. Despite being in love with Marius, her best friend, Eponine reluctantly takes the two lovers together. WHAT'S GOING ON: The students, who are discussing battle strategies at the ABC Cafe, are awaiting the news of Lamarque's death. Meanwhile, in walks Marius (Aang), who has had a brief encounter with a girl, and now he's head over heels for her. He's lovesick, and the others poke fun. Meanwhile, Enjolras (Sokka) is serious, and he's trying to get the others to focus on the main idea, which is the Revolution. Oh, and by the way, Grantaire (Teo), is a horrible drunk who is drunk this whole song. XD When Marius sings of HIS Reds and Blacks, it is Grantaire singing "Red" and "Black", but he's mocking Marius....XD

Wowzers! Two vids in one night! And I only stayed up til 12:30 am! XD Anyways, I’m FINALLY to the part that I wanted to do so badly when I started this whole project. We’re finally getting into the good stuff! WHAT’S GOING ON: Fast forward 10-15 years to the future! We are now focusing in on Paris, France. The year is 1832. It’s been 40 years now since the French Revolution. The country is now in an economic depression, like all countries go through after a revolution. Money is getting extremely hard to come by, crime is up, and many are starving. The poor are getting frustrated at the new government. An ambitious group of students at the university are getting antsy. They are planning to get what they want, using force. (That was y’all’s history lesson! XD) Now, in this scene, we focus in on three big characters, one of them being the male lead of the show. Gavroche, the youngest of the Thenardiers (at least, he is in the book….), is the definition of a street rat. He lives off of whatever he can steal. Two younger boys follow him, and he claims that he is their father, “after all, I do take care of them”. They call him Papa and everything….kinda weird…but anyways. The young boy (he’s not even in his preteens yet) is at the head of the uprising. He yells out to the Parisians daily, asking them to join him in the uprising. Marius, the male lead of the show (second only to Valjean) is a young 19-20ish man who is a student at the university. Everyday, he and his friends drink at a bar, talking about how they’ll change the world. Now that the only government official who actually listened to the commoners and strived to solve the problems of France is dying of age, they decide to do something about. There is talk of barricades. Enter Enjolras, Marius’s best friend. Enjolras is the leader of the students. I think he fears the barricades a bit, but I don’t know (I’ve never actually SEEN the show, just read all I can about it and read the book…:3). So, yah, that’s about all that’s going on. Sorry for the long description, but it’ll make more sense now that I’ve explained it a bit.

WHAT’S GOING ON: The Thenardiers….they are pretty much the lowest scum of the lowest scum of scum. Yah. They steal, they cheat, they do anything they can to end up on top. But they never do. LOL IN fact, Thenardier (that’s the husband…the wife is Madame Thenardier) has his own little gang, and he goes around stealing stuff. And, they are amazing actors. All of the money Fantine owed wasn’t for Cosette. The Thenardiers pretty much gave her enough to get by, and not even that much usually. She wore a potato sack for clothes, for goodness sakes! She was pretty much their slave. And, whenever they felt like it, they would make up some silly reason for Fantine to send more money, which they used for gambling, debts, and to spoil their own daughter, Eponine (A CHARIE LATER ON IN THE SECOND ACT!! Love triangles are so fun….XD) So Valjean, honoring his promise to Fantine, has come to fetch Cosette. And, of course, the Thenardiers aren’t going down without a fight. Cosette was such an awesome source of income that they don’t want to give her up. Valjean, who’s pretty much annoyed and bored with the whole affair, just gives them 15,000 sous, which is a lot of money back then (This also comes into an important part in the second act!!!), and takes the girl without waiting for anything.

OMG! YAY! FINALLY! FANTINE IS DEAD! lol Yue was getting so freakin hard to make vids about. That girl never talks! XD ANyways, I'm skipping over her death because I can't find enough clips of just Yue. This part is about Valjean, who promised Fantine that he would adopt her daughter, Cosette, as his own, is going to Paris to fetch Cosette. On the way, he runs into Javert, who refuses to let Valjean escape this time. They get in a fight, and thanks to his superhuman strength, Valjean wins, leaves Javert unconscious, and flees to Paris to rescue Cosette from the Thenardiers.

Alright, I have this thing where I'm doing all of Les Mis as Avatar..... This is the first installment..... What's going on: Zuko (Valjean) is in prison for theft. Now he is able to go on parole. His parole officer, Zhao (Javert) tells him about it. So Zuko is going town-to-town, and he stays at a bishop's house. Zuko leaves in the middle of the night and steals some silver also. The police catch him, and bring him back to Iroh (The Bishop). Iroh lies for Zuko, claiming they were gifts. The police leave, and Iroh makes Zuko swear to give himself up to God, and become a better man.
